Lease Terms and Conditions

• Security Deposit: Equivalent to 3 months' rent, to be paid upon signing of the lease agreement.

• Application of Security Deposit: The security deposit will be applied 60 days after the end of the contract, subject to the condition of the premises and fulfillment of lease obligations.

• Electricity and Water: Sub-metered, with the lessee responsible for their own consumption.
• Terms of Lease: The lease agreement will be for a period of 1 to 2 years, with the option to renew subject to mutual agreement.
